Which Communication Method
is Best For Each Client?

Determining the best form of communication to use with each client is a critical skill to develop. At the top of the Ladder of Effectiveness, Face-to-Face contact, should be reserved for only your best clients. You can stay in contact with everyone by using even the least effective form of communication, Social Media (and print advertising, because of the expense), which is at the bottom of the ladder.
