Things We Should Do or Mail to Your Area

  1. Brochure on all current listings to all owners in community.Megaphone Communication
  2. Postcard invite to all open houses on all properties currently listed.
  3. Change all future ads to have your photo and name and mass mail residence ad to entire market.
  4. Do hurricane mailer.
  5. Do breakdown mailer.
  6. Do mailers for all buyers in your CRM… get list of hot buyers.
  7. Do mailers for properties on breakdown report.
  8. Take new aerials of all homes in farm are and enlarge to 8×10 and have you hand out to all owners.
  9. Get letters from all old clients saying you are great.
  10. Complimentary limo card to all residents (or other gift).
  11. Get profile story done in local newspaper or magazine.
  12. Set up open house on all listings.
  13. Call anyone you know in the market area and ask for help.
  14. Get list of subcontractors that are tied into the market that you can network with.
  15. Meet guards at resort and then send basket.
  16. Cocktail party at the Ritz.
  17. Cocktail party at the home.
  18. Do mailer with letter talking about the websites and their International buyers.
  19. Start complimentary home watch service.
  20. Check to see what the most active charity is in resort and get involved.
  21. Set up ladies’ luncheon for resort.
  22. Set up cocktail cruise on waterfront for resort and other residents in your market.
  23. Get company tag and rear sticker and license plate cover.
  24. Order shirts for yourself.
