A successful real estate business is like a well-oiled 4-cylinder engine. To run efficiently, all 4 cylinders must be firing simultaneously:

  1. Sales & Marketing – It doesn’t matter how extraordinary your services are. If you don’t have clients, you won’t make money. Sales programs and marketing strategies ensure a steady flow of perspective buyers and sellers.
  2. Training, Development & Experience – Two heads are better than one, even if you’re a genius. Because the world of business is constantly changing, it’s important to recognize that all successful people are life-long learners.
  3. Management – Every person is given exactly the same amount of time each day. Business success is achieved by making the right choices and focusing on the right activities. Delegation of lower priorities frees up valuable time, which in turn, can be used to attack higher priorities that generate more business.
  4. Administration & IT Support – You can’t take your business to the next level unless your infrastructure is solidly in place. Support personal are the glue that keeps your business together. Without them in place, valuable time is lost doing less productive activities.
