Sleeping SantaThere is so much to get done in preparation for 2016, (which will likely be the best year in real estate) holiday parties, Christmas shopping, family in town, the list goes on and on.  With all the distractions it’s still important to remember this month can also be very productive for your real estate business. Listing prospecting is critical, and your business plans for 2016 have to be in place. Listed below are suggestions for activities that should be considered in December.

  4. Model home sitting

  7. Contact builders to discuss plans for 2016
  8. Concert in the park

  10. Door to door in your farm
  11. Mail door to door invitations to your farm

  14. Visit Chamber of Commerce to drop off brochures
  15. Neighborhood Toys for Tots office
  16. Neighborhood holiday open house
  17. SOI New Year’s Eve party
  18. Back to back Toys for Tots
  19. Charity participation – send invites
  20. Networking for a needy family
  21. Angel tree – offer to wrap gifts and bring to charity office
  22. Back to back community MAP (offer ads)
