Buyer Closes – Master Tracking Report

We’ve already identified 30 strong closes to use with buyers. Now, the question arises, “how do you track which closes you’ve used with which buyers?”  We’ve come up with a solution!

 

Use the attached Master Report to track all buyers. Print it out and record all the buyers on your list. As you share each close with a buyer, record which close was used by placing a date in the appropriate box for both buyer and close. This is a great way to be sure that you haven’t missed a powerful close with a good buyer.

 

Don’t forget that you can:

  • Meet the buyers face-to-face to share the close.
  • Snail mail or e-mail the close and call the buyer on the phone to discuss the close with them.
  • Just mail the close to weaker buyers and ask them to call.

 

Remember, the more touches you have with buyers and the more powerful your closes, the more likely you are to close more business.
