  • 77% of the time, OVERPRICING A HOME was in the top 3
  • 34% of the time, SHOWING AVAILABILITY was in the top 3
  • 32% of the time, CLUTTERED SPACE was in the top 3
  • 28% of the time, UNPLEASANT ODORS was in the top 3
  • 21% of the time, UNWILLING TO NEGOTIATE was in the top 3
  • 20% of the time, WON’T MAKE REPAIRS was in the top 3
